Accommodation option for those who wish to live near the sea and enjoy the beach during their stay. The apartments are placed between 2,5km and 3,5km in Las Marinas Beach. Buses are available along the road at only 50 meters from the apartment to get to the city centre.

This is an exclusive service aimed at students studying at our school. Prices are weekly rental rates. To reserve a beach apartment a deposit of 25 % of the final cost is required, with the remaining balance to be paid 21 days before arrival date.

Conditions and information for private apartments:
In the unlikely case of the client cancelling their booking, the school reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fees:
- 25 % of the total of the booking if cancelled up to 21 days prior to arrival.
- 50 % of the total of the booking if cancelled between 21 and 7 days prior to arrival.
- 100% payment of the booking if cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival.
No refund is given if the student vacates their accommodation of their own accord before the end of their stay.
All students staying in one of the school’s apartments must arrive on a Sunday from 4pm onwards and departure on a Saturday by 10am. If students wish to extend their stay then they must check availability with the school in advance. Extra days will be charged accordingly.
Upon arrival you will be asked for a credit card number as a guarantee in case of any loss or damage caused to the accommodation. The student is liable for all repairs and/or replacement costs should this happen.
You can choose between two different types of apartments (1 or 2 bedrooms). If you need more bedrooms please ask the school for information on other apartments.
Electricity and water costs are always included in the weekly rent provided that students do not use more than 170kW per week.
Tips: Close all doors and windows before switching on the AC and keep the temperature between 24 and 25 degrees. Do not forget to turn off the AC before leaving home.
Pets are allowed provided the complex rules are adhered to at all times: They must not be in the common areas or be noisy. There is an additional charge of 50€ per stay to cover the cleaning costs. It is possible to book additional cleaning services.
The complex rules do not allow use of the pool between 3pm and 5pm, and from 10pm onwards. Toys and inflatable objects are not allowed in the common areas or in the pool.
