One of the proposed excursions for the Spanish program for school groups is a day trip to the amusement park Terra Mítica.
Younger students love this excursion because they enjoy a day filled with excitement in the company of their classmates and monitors. The park is located in the city of Benidorm and is surrounded by nature and sea views.
Terra Mítica is divided into different thematic zones, each dedicated to an ancient civilization: Egypt, Greece, Rome, and Iberia. The students will feel transported through time and space as they walk through streets that recreate the architecture and atmosphere of each era.
School groups will begin their journey in Ancient Egypt, where students can explore the pyramids and learn about pharaohs and the mysteries of the Nile. Next, we will delve into Ancient Greece, where we will encounter gods and heroes of Greek mythology. Here, students can enjoy exciting attractions such as roller coasters and live shows that recreate famous Greek myths.
The next stop will take us to the Roman Empire, where students can experience the grandeur of Ancient Rome. They can visit the Colosseum, marvel at Roman architecture, and participate in interactive activities that allow them to learn about daily life in those times.
Finally, we will arrive at the Iberia zone, where students will discover the history and culture of the Iberian Peninsula. They can learn about the ancient inhabitants of the region, such as the Celts and the Iberians, and enjoy themed attractions that take them through history.
Terra Mítica offers a wide range of exciting attractions such as Magnus Colossus, a wooden roller coaster and one of the most popular attractions in Terra Mítica; Inferno, an inverted roller coaster that combines the thrill of free falls and twists with the sensation of flying upside down.
Another popular attraction is Synkope, an impressive giant pendulum that swings back and forth at high speed, or Tornado, a roller coaster that propels you through loops and twists at full speed.
The free fall of El Vuelo del Fénix is also popular, as well as interactive attractions like El Laberinto del Minotauro, a maze full of challenges and puzzles.
Terra Mítica also offers live shows, detailed themed areas, and a wide variety of restaurants and shops.
The young students will always remember this day at the theme park in Spain. The Spanish program for school groups combines learning with entertainment.
