- Living in Denia city centre-
Staying in the heart of Denia is a real delight. In these accommodations you will enjoy taking a walk around the historic centre and its main streets.
In Loreto Street there are numerous restaurants with terraces to enjoy the local gastronomy (specially the tapas, rice dishes, and fresh seafood). Marqués de Campo Street is the main one, the heart of the city. There you will find restaurants, coffee shops and stores. This street heads to the harbour. Walking from Marqués de Campo Street you will find la Explanada del Raset (in front of the harbour) which is full of restaurants and terraces. In La Mar Street you´ll explore the night- life of the city.
If you are driving, keep in mind that parking is not always easy in the city centre, especially during summertime or weekends. We recommend parking your car on the side street near the railroad, or in “Torrequemada” (except Mondays and Fridays as there is a market).

The apartments are placed between 2,5km and 3,5km in Las Marinas Beach. Buses are available along the road at only 50 meters from the apartment to get to the city centre.

Las Marinas Beach has transparent and clear waters and fine golden sand. It is an urban beach, easily accessible by road or by the city bus.
The beach apartment´s area is provided with all kinds of services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and cafeterias.
The apartments have a community pool so you can enjoy refreshing yourself and sunbathing either in the beach or in the swimming pool.
Denia holds more than 20 km of coastline, which means that all the beaches usually count with enough space for all bathers. This way, you´ll enjoy the quietness next to the sea just a few steps from your home.

The shared flats are placed in the heart of the city with amenities close by (5 minutes from the supermarket, stores and main streets).
All of them are completely refurbished and modern. They are usually shared with other students from our school or teachers in similar programs as yours. These flat mates can change from time to time as they might have shorter stays. We usually filter who comes into the flat to make sure there is a nice atmosphere.

a great experience!
Living with a Spanish host family is an added value when it comes to learn the language. You will be able to practice with the family all the skills acquired during your Spanish classes. It is an effective manner to practice the language while you get to know more about the every-day life and culture in Spain.
We carefully select the families ensuring they are trustworthy.
- Host family accommodations are between 5-15 minutes walking distance from school.
- Single and double rooms. Adults can only share rooms if they are family or friends.
- Half board or full board accommodation. Half board accommodation includes breakfast and lunch or dinner whereas full board accommodation offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.
