WHAT WE COLLECT INFORMATION FOR, WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT, HOW LONG WE KEEP IT AND WHAT WE DO WITH IT (Purpose, Conservation and Legitimation)
1- To provide you with the chosen face-to-face training:
a. We collect your basic information Name, e-mail, gender, age, location, training data, banking and some other information
b. We will keep it as long as you are a user of the TLCdénia services. And once our relationship is finalised it will be kept for a period of no more than 4 years to comply with our legal obligations. Except where there is litigation between the parties, in which case it will be kept for as long as necessary to reach a resolution.
c. We do this on the basis that you are our user and we need it to offer you our services.
2- To receive online training
a. We collect your basic information Name, e-mail, gender, age, location, training data, banking and some other information
b. We will keep it as long as you are a user of the TLCdénia services. And once our relationship is finalised, it will be saved for a period of no more than 4 years to comply with our legal obligations. Except where there is litigation between the parties, in which case it will be kept as long as necessary to reach a resolution.
c. We do this on the basis that you are our user and we need it to offer you our services.
3- To carry out internships in associated companies
a. We collect your basic information Name, e-mail, gender, age, location, training data, bank and some other information
b. We will keep it as long as you are a user of the TLCdénia services. And once our relationship is finalised, it will be saved for a period of no more than 4 years to comply with our legal obligations. Except where there is litigation between the parties, in which case it will be kept as long as necessary to reach a resolution.
c. We do this on the basis that you are our user and we need it to offer you our services.
4- For you to enjoy accommodation during the time of your studies
a. We collect your basic information Name, e-mail, gender, age, location, training data, banking. Other personal information such as information about products and services, preferences for activities. And sensitive data such as health issues.
b. We will keep it as long as you are a user of the TLCdénia services. And once our relationship is finalised, it will be saved for a period of no more than 4 years to comply with our legal obligations. Except where there is litigation between the parties, in which case it will be kept as long as necessary to reach a resolution.
c. We do this on the basis that you are our user and we need it to offer you our services.
5- To be our agent and / or collaborator
a. We collect your basic information Name, e-mail, gender, age, location, training data, banking and some other information.
b. We will keep it as long as you are a provider of TLCdénia. And once our relationship is finalized, it will be saved for a period of no more than 4 years to comply with our legal obligations. Except where there is litigation between the parties, in which case it will be kept as long as necessary to reach a resolution.
c. We do this on the basis that you are our provider and we need it to maintain our relationship.
6- To be a host family for our students
a. We collect your basic information Name, e-mail, gender, age, location, training data, banking. Other personal information such as information about products and services, preferences for activities, characteristics of the family and housing and others.
b. We will keep it as long as you are a provider of TLCdénia. And once our relationship is finalized, it Will be saved for a period of no more than 4 years to comply with our legal obligations. Except where there is litigation between the parties, in which case it will be kept as long as necessary to reach a resolution.
c. We do this on the basis that you are our provider and we need it to maintain our relationship.
7- To be a company where students carry out their work experience
a. We collect your basic information Name, e-mail, gender, age, location, training data, banking. Other personal information such as information about products and services, company characteristics and other details.
b. We will keep it as long as you are a provider of TLCdénia. And once our relationship is finalized, it wil be saved for a period of no more than 4 years to comply with our legal obligations. Except where there is litigation between the parties, in which case it will be kept as long as necessary to reach a resolution.
c. We do this on the basis that you are our provider and we need it to maintain our relationship.
8- Sending of advertising or commercial bulletins.
a. We collect contact data, as well as other content data such as products and services and similar information.
b. We will keep it for as long as you are a TLCdénia user. And once the relationship is finalised it Will be saved for a period not exceeding 4 years to comply with our legal obligations. Except where there is litigation between the parties, in which case it will be kept as long as necessary to reach a resolution.
c. We do this on the basis that you are our user and we need it to offer our services
i. In case you do not wish to receive these commercial communications you can request the cancellation by pressing the “Cancel subscription” button in any of the messages you receive.
TO WHOM WE GIVE THESE DATA, FOR WHAT AND WHY (Assignment, Purpose and Legitimization)
We do not give data to anyone without your consent, except in the case of:
1- The Public Administrations, Courts, Tax Agency and any body to which the law obliges us. We will provide all the information required by these organizations based on a legal obligation.
WHERE THE DATA IS STORED AND HOW IT IS TRANSMITTED (International data transfers)
All of our data processing centers are located within the territory of the European Union, so international data transfers are not carried out. In the case in which the use of international data transfers is required you will be informed in advance so that you can expressly consent.
All our transmissions are made and will be carried out in a secure way by security standards that comply with the regulations on data protection.
MANAGEMENT OF TREATMENT
The data may be transferred to suppliers with access to data with whom a contract is formalized which clearly includes the obligations and responsibilities assumed in the treatment of data as Treatment Managers. We assure you that from TLCdénia we carry out a study and evaluation before hiring a third party as a manager to ensure that it gives us the maximum guarantee if they are going to treat our data and yours.
WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE AND HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE THEM?
You have the following rights:
- To confirm if we are handling your data.
- To access your data, to rectify it if it is inaccurate or to suppress it particularly if it is no longer necessary.
- In certain cases you can request the limitation of the treatment, in which case we will only use it for the exercise or defense of claims.
